Thoughts on this trade?

DeAng Williams (Shonn Greene, Slaton, Peyton Hillis)
Andre Johnson
Reggie Wayne
Dwayne Bowe (Braylon Edwards, Hester)
Tony Gonzalez (Carlson)

I get Phillip Rivers and Malcolm Floyd for Reggie Wayne and Carson Palmer.

I'm thinking I should take it, but I'm still somewhat thinking Palmer might come around...

Another trade on the table is Hillis and Wayne for Ray Rice...

Which would you do if either?

Should clarify...strange scoring in this league. No PPR but big bonuses at 100 total yards for RB or WR, 300 yards total for QB.

Hillis/Wayne for Ray Rice is a must do. The other one is decent but I'd get Ray Ray on the cheap.
